1. Boiler configuration. When selecting a boiler, "impact load" should be fully considered. "Impact load" refers to equipment that uses steam for a short time, such as water washing equipment. 60% of the steam consumption of water washing equipment is consumed within 5 minutes. If the boiler is selected too small, the evaporation area in the boiler body is insufficient, and a large amount of water will be brought out during evaporation. The heat utilization rate is greatly reduced. At the same time, when washing machine detergent, the amount of chemical input is determined under a certain amount of water. If the moisture content of the steam is too high, the water level deviation of the washing machine will be too large during heating, affecting the quality of linen. Washing effect.
2. The configuration of the dryer needs to meet the requirements of different washing machines when selecting it. Generally, the capacity of the dryer should be one specification higher than that of the washing machine, and the volume of the dryer needs to be one level higher than that of the washing machine. The volume ratio is increased by 20%-30% based on the national standard to improve the efficiency of the dryer. When the dryer dries clothes, it is the air that takes away the moisture. According to the current national standard, the volume ratio of the dryer is 1:20. In the early stage of drying, this ratio is sufficient, but when the linen is dried to a certain level, it becomes loose. After that, the volume of the linen in the inner tank becomes larger, which will affect the contact between the air and the linen, thereby lengthening the heat preservation time of the linen.
3. When installing the steam pipeline of the instrument, it is recommended to install the steam pipeline. The main pipe should be a pipeline with the same rated pressure as the boiler as much as possible. The pressure reducing valve group should be installed on the side of the load. The installation of instrument piping also affects energy utilization. Under the pressure of 10Kg, the steam pipe has a flow rate of 50 mm, but the surface area of the pipe is 30% smaller. Under the same insulation conditions, the steam consumed by the above two pipelines per 100 meters per hour is about 7Kg less in the former than in the latter. Therefore, if possible, it is recommended to install the steam pipeline and use the boiler with the same rated pressure as possible for the main pipe. For pipelines, the pressure reducing valve group should be installed on the side of the load.
