Steam sub-cylinder technical requirements:
When the medium is steam, it should be designed in accordance with the “Pressure Vessel Regulations” and the cylinder diameter, material and thickness should be determined. The general principle is: the cylinder diameter should be 2-2.5 times the diameter of the largest connecting pipe. Generally, it can be based on the fluid flow rate in the cylinder. It is confirmed that the material is 10-20# seamless pipe, Q235B, 20g, 16MnR plate rolling, and the number of pipes is determined by the engineering design.
