The water in steam boiler saturated steam and superheated steam has no use. The water in the saturated steam only absorbs the heat initially used to heat it to the saturated temperature, but the steam around the steam boiler prevents it from releasing this heat. The water in the superheated steam absorbs the heat star and reaches the saturation temperature, and the surrounding steam prevents it from lowering the temperature and releasing some of the heat. The water vapor separator is designed to solve this problem. It can separate water vapor and obtain high-quality steam.

At the same time, steam equipment and industrial production provide steam heat sources. Why is the steam quality of steam generators generally higher? Here we have to distinguish the concepts. The so-called steam quality emphasizes the purity of the steam and the amount of impurities it contains.

Steam generators have disadvantages and advantages. The steam generator must be equipped with pure water equipment and reverse osmosis water treatment, which eliminates calcium and magnesium ions from the root of water quality. It is no longer a simple soft water treatment in traditional boilers. The water quality of the steam generator requires conductivity. Far less than 16%, the coil type water-saving atomization continues to heat, the pure water steam is heated more evenly and fully, the thermal efficiency is higher, the moisture content of the steam produced is lower, and the quality of the steam is higher.

Solutes are dissolved in solutions, and their solubilities are different at different temperatures and pressures. The amount of impurities dissolved by steam is related to the type of substance and the steam pressure. Since the steam boiler is a tank-type water storage heater, it does not have high water quality requirements and has a certain degree of scale resistance. The ability of steam to dissolve salts increases with increasing pressure; steam salt dissolution is selective, most notably silicic acid; superheated steam can also dissolve salts. Therefore, the higher the boiler pressure, the lower the salt and silicon content in the boiler water is required.

Steam boilers and steam generators have different structures, different thermal efficiencies, and different requirements for water quality, which affect the quality and quality of steam. Generally speaking, steam generators, with fully intelligent technological innovation and upgrades, will have more advantages in steam quality and quality.
