Common faults and treatment of steam generator


The steam generator is mainly composed of two parts, namely the heating part and the water injection part. According to its control, the heating part is divided into electric contact pressure gauge to control heating (this base steam generator is equipped with control circuit board) and pressure controller to control heating. The water injection part is divided into artificial water injection and water pump water injection.
1. Failure of the water injection part
(1) Check whether the water pump motor has power supply or lack of phase, make it normal.
(2) Check whether the water pump relay has power and make it normal. The circuit board has no output power to the relay coil, replace the circuit board
(3) Check whether the high water level electricity and the shell are well connected, whether the terminal is rusted, and make it normal
(4) Check the water pump pressure and motor speed, repair the water pump or replace the motor (the power of the water pump motor is not less than 550W)
(5) For steam generators that use the float level controller to fill water, in addition to checking the power supply, check whether the low water level contact of the float level controller is corroded or reversed and repaired.

2.The common failure of the heating part adopts the steam generator controlled by the pressure controller. Because there is no water level display and no circuit board control, its heating control is mainly controlled by the float level device. When the water level is appropriate, the floating point of the buoy is connected to the control voltage to make the AC contactor work and start heating. This kind of steam generator has a simple structure, and there are many common non-heating failures of this kind of steam generator in the market, which mostly occur on the float level controller. Check the external wiring of the float level controller, whether the upper and lower point control lines are connected correctly, and then remove the float level controller to see if it floats flexibly. At this time, it can be used manually to measure whether the upper and lower control points can be connected. After the inspection, everything is normal, and then check whether the float tank has water. The float tank is filled with water, replace the float tank, and the fault is eliminated.
