Since the temperature is relatively low in winter, the indoor and outdoor temperatures will be below zero, so we need to drain the water pump after blowing the boiler pipe to prevent the remaining water from freezing and cracking the water pump. Then before turning off the gas steam generator, first turn off the gas valve and then turn off the power supply.
If the gas steam generator is not used for a long time, remember to fill the heating furnace with water to prevent it from rusting. The gas inlet pressure cannot exceed 4 kPa (a kPa meter must be installed in front). The burner should be fired 4 times in a row. If it still cannot ignite, please stop for more than ten minutes before starting again.
When starting the steam generator, first open the bolt and then the power supply, gas and then the electric start button; to turn off the equipment, first turn off the stop button and then the power supply, and then close the gas valve. In addition, the steam generating granular steam generator must be sewed in time after use every day, the liquid level meter sewage and the furnace sewage must be drained, and the pressure controller does not need to be adjusted at will.
Secondly, the automatic softened water processor should add granular steam generator salt regularly (about 30 kilograms each time, about once every half month), and the input voltage of the control box should not exceed 240 volts.
