Q:What safety hazards exist during the operation of electric heating steam generators?

A: The basic working principle of the electric heating steam generator is: through a set of automatic control devices, the liquid controller or probe and float feedback control the opening and closing of the water pump, the length of the water supply, and the heating time of the furnace during operation; the pressure is As the steam pressure set by the relay continues to be output, the water level in the furnace continues to decrease. When it is at low water level (mechanical type) or medium water level (electronic type), the water pump automatically replenishes water. When it reaches the high water level, the water pump stops replenishing water; and At the same time, the electric heating tube in the furnace continues to heat and continuously generates steam. The pointer pressure gauge on the panel or the upper part of the top instantly displays the steam pressure value. The entire process can be automatically displayed through the indicator light or smart display.
During the operation of the electric heating steam generator, there are the following hidden dangers:
1. The heating tube is scaled, causing it to explode and break.
During heating it combines with metal ions to produce precipitation. When the steam generator works intermittently, these precipitates accumulate on the heating tube. Over time, the precipitates accumulate more and thicker, forming scale. When the heating tube is working, due to the existence of scale, the heat energy generated cannot When it is released, not only the power is reduced, but also the heating is slow and the pressure is insufficient. In severe cases, the heating tube will be burned and broken. The steam generator cannot work properly.
2. The water level probe is not sensitive and sometimes cannot detect the water level.
Due to the presence of scale, the probe may not be able to detect the water level when detecting the water level. Then the water supply motor will continue to add water, and the heating will not start, so that water will flow out of the steam outlet.

What safety hazards exist during the operation of electric heating steam generators?
3. The steam quality is poor and the iron leaks, causing contamination of the product.
When the heating tube heats the water in the furnace body to boiling, large star foam will be produced due to the presence of impurities in the water. When the steam and water are separated, some impurities will be discharged with the steam, which will be discharged to the product when ironing, causing contamination. , affecting the appearance of the product. Over time, these impurities will also form deposits in the iron, blocking the steam outlet of the iron, preventing the steam from being discharged normally, causing dripping.
4. Danger caused by scaling of furnace body

If the water source containing impurities is used for a long time, not only the above three faults will occur, but also a certain danger will be brought to the furnace body. Scale will accumulate thicker and thicker on the wall of the furnace body, reducing the space of the furnace body. When heated to a certain pressure , the air outlet cannot be discharged smoothly due to the blockage of scale, the stress on the furnace body increases, and the furnace body may explode over time.
