1. Build the Burner

Environmentally friendly gas boilers consume a lot of electricity during operation. In order to reduce the power consumption of the boiler room, it is necessary to adopt the reasonable construction of corresponding equipment and the integration of advanced technology. The staff are required to do the following: First, analyze the operating conditions of the boiler room, fully understand the characteristics and functions of each equipment, and calculate the operating flow, power and efficiency of the water pumps and fans in the pipe network through reasonable construction and research.

5. Reduce the heat loss of blowdown
Regular blowdown reduces heat loss. At the same time, it can regularly test the softened water, check the water quality of the normal temperature gas boiler, ensure that the water quality of the boiler feed water meets the standard, master the alkalinity and change rules of the normal temperature gas boiler water, and discharge sewage in the environment of high steam pressure and low load. In addition, the water salinity at the liquid level of the boiler drum should be adjusted to save the blowdown valve, so as to control the blowdown to a very low limit, thereby reducing the heat loss of blowdown.
