1. Before installing the equipment, choose a suitable installation location. Try to choose a ventilated, dry, and non-corrosive place to avoid long-term use of the steam generator in dark, humid, and open-air places, which will affect the service life. Avoid excessively long steam pipeline layouts. , affecting the use effect of thermal energy. The equipment should be placed 50 centimeters away from its surroundings to facilitate equipment installation and maintenance.
2. When installing equipment pipelines, please refer to the instructions for pipe interface diameter parameters, steam outlets, and safety valve outlets. It is recommended to use standard pressure-bearing seamless steam pipes for docking. It is recommended to install a filter at the equipment water inlet to avoid blockage caused by impurities in the water, and Broken water pump.
3. After the equipment is connected to various pipes, be sure to wrap the steam outlet pipes with thermal insulation cotton and insulation paper to avoid burns during contact with the pipes.
4. The water quality should comply with GB1576 “Industrial Boiler Water Quality”. For normal use, purified drinking water should be used. Avoid direct use of tap water, groundwater, river water, etc., otherwise it will cause scaling of the boiler, affect the thermal effect, and in severe cases, affect the heating pipe and other Use of electronic components, (boiler damage due to scale is not covered by the warranty).
5. It is required to turn the neutral wire, live wire and ground wire with the help of a professional electrician.
6. When installing sewage pipes, pay attention to reducing elbows as much as possible to ensure smooth drainage and connect them to a safe outdoor location. The sewage pipes must be connected alone and cannot be connected in parallel with other pipes.
Before turning on the device for use:
1. Before turning on the equipment and using it, please carefully read the equipment instruction manual and the “News Tips” posted on the door of the equipment;
2. Before starting the machine, open the front door and tighten the screws of the power line and heating pipe of the equipment (the equipment needs to be tightened regularly in the future);
3. Before starting the machine, open the steam outlet valve and drain valve, drain the residual water and gas in the furnace and pipes until the pressure gauge returns to zero, close the steam outlet valve and drain valve, and open the inlet water source valve. Turn on the main power switch;
4. Make sure there is water in the water tank before starting the machine, and unscrew the air exhaust screw on the water pump head. After starting the machine, if you find water rushing out of the empty port of the water pump, you should tighten the air exhaust screw on the pump head in time to prevent the water pump from idling without water or running idling. If it is damaged, you should turn the water pump fan blades several times for the first time; observe the condition of the water pump fan blades during later use. If the fan blades cannot rotate, just turn the fan blades flexibly first to avoid jamming the motor.
5. Turn on the power switch, the water pump starts to work, the power indicator light and the water pump indicator light are on, add water to the water pump and observe the water level of the water level meter next to the equipment. When the water level of the water level meter rises to about 2/3 of the glass tube, the water level reaches the high water level, and the water pump Automatically stops pumping, the water pump indicator light goes out, and the high water level indicator light turns on;
6. Turn on the heating switch, the heating indicator light turns on, and the equipment starts to heat. When the equipment is heating, pay attention to the movement of the pressure gauge pointer of the equipment. When the pressure gauge pointer reaches the factory setting of about 0.4Mpa, the heating indicator light goes out and the equipment automatically stops heating. You can open the steam valve to use steam. It is recommended to clean the pipe furnace first to remove the accumulated dirt in the pressure components of the equipment and the circulation system for the first time;
7. When opening the steam outlet valve, do not open it fully. It is best to use it when the valve is opened about 1/2. When using steam, the pressure drops to the lower limit pressure, the heating indicator light turns on, and the equipment starts to heat at the same time. Before supplying gas, the gas supply should be preheated. The pipeline is then transferred to the steam supply to keep the equipment with water and electricity, and the equipment can continuously produce gas and work automatically.
After using the device:
1. After using the equipment, turn off the power switch of the equipment and open the drain valve for pressure discharge. The discharge pressure should be between 0.1-0.2Mpa. If the equipment is turned on for more than 6-8 hours, it is recommended to drain the equipment;
2. After draining, close the steam generator, drain valve, main power switch and clean the equipment;
3. Clean the furnace tank before using it for the first time. If there is slight smoke coming out, it is normal, because the outer wall is painted with anti-rust paint and insulation glue, which will evaporate in 1-3 days when exposed to high temperatures.
Devices care:
1. During equipment maintenance and repair, the power supply must be cut off and the steam in the furnace body must be exhausted, otherwise it may cause electric shock and burns;
2. Regularly check whether the power lines and screws are tightened everywhere, at least once a month;
3. The float level controller and probe should be cleaned regularly. It is recommended that the furnace be cleaned once every six months. Before removing the heating tube and liquid level float, prepare gaskets to avoid water and air leakage after reassembly. Please contact the manufacturer before cleaning. Consult with the master to avoid equipment failure and affect normal use;
4. The pressure gauge should be tested by the relevant agency every six months, and the safety valve should be tested once a year. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the parameters of the factory-configured pressure controller and safety controller without permission from the factory technical department;
5. The equipment should be protected from dust to avoid sparking when starting up, burning out the circuit and causing the equipment to rust;
6. Pay attention to anti-freeze measures for equipment pipelines and water pumps in winter.
