4. Precautions for use:
1. Temperature: Before the sub-cylinder is operated, the metal wall temperature of the main body should be guaranteed to be ≥ 20C before the pressure can be increased; during the heating and cooling process when starting and stopping, it must be noted that the average wall temperature of the main body does not exceed 20°C/h;
2. When starting and stopping, the pressure loading and release should be slow to avoid damage to the equipment due to excessive pressure changes;
3. No valve shall be added between the safety valve and the sub-cylinder;
4. If the operating steam volume exceeds the safe discharge volume of the sub-cylinder, the user unit should install a pressure release device in its system.
5. How to choose the correct cylinder
1. First, the design pressure meets the requirements, and secondly, the selection of sub-cylinder materials meets the requirements.
2. Look at the appearance. The appearance of a product reflects its class and value,
3. Look at the product nameplate. The name of the manufacturer and supervisory inspection unit and the production date should be indicated on the nameplate. Whether there is a seal of the supervisory inspection unit on the upper right corner of the nameplate,
4. Look at the quality assurance certificate. According to relevant national regulations, each sub-cylinder must be equipped with a quality assurance certificate before leaving the factory, and the quality assurance certificate is an important proof that the sub-cylinder is qualified.
