Combustion method of gas steam generator

The working principle of the gas steam generator: According to the combustion head, the mixed gas is sprayed into the furnace of the steam generator, and according to the ignition system on the combustion head, the mixed gas filled in the furnace is ignited. Achieve the effect of heating the furnace bladder and furnace tube of the steam generator.

A good steam generator will design a multi-bend combustion chamber, which allows the combustion gas to travel more in the furnace body, which can improve thermal efficiency. The key to the gas steam generator is the combustion head, where natural gas or oil is mixed with air. Only when a certain ratio is reached can the natural gas or oil be fully burned.

The basic working process of gas steam generator equipment: The work of each steam generator is basically to heat the feed water based on the heat release of fuel combustion and the heat exchange between high-temperature flue gas and the heating surface, so that the water becomes qualified with certain parameters. of superheated steam. Water must go through three stages of preheating, evaporation and superheating in the steam generator before it can become superheated steam.

In short, a gas steam generator is a device that burns and heats to form heat, which is then fully combusted with gas. The special requirements for the burner of the gas steam generator are the burner’s high degree of combustion, high control performance and wide range of capacity. At this stage, gas burners include direct-fired induced draft diffusion burners, forced draft diffusion burners, pilot burners, etc.

1. Diffusion combustion means that the gas is not mixed in advance, but the gas is diffused at the nozzle mouth and then burned. This combustion method of the gas steam generator can achieve full stability, and the requirements for the stove are not high, and the structure is simple and reliable. However, because the flame is longer, it is easier to form incomplete combustion, and it is easier to produce carbonization at the heated area.

2. It is a partial gas combustion method that requires premixing. Part of the gas and fuel are mixed in advance, and then fully burned. The advantage of using this combustion method is that the combustion flame is clearer and the thermal efficiency is high; but the disadvantage is that the combustion is unstable and the control requirements for the combustion components are relatively high. If it is a gas burner, then this combustion method should be especially selected.

3. Flameless combustion, a combustion method that uniformly mixes the space in front of the combustion with the gas in the gas steam generator. When using this method, the oxygen required for the combustion process of the gas does not need to be obtained from the surrounding air. As long as it is mixed with the gas mixture to complete the combustion zone, instantaneous combustion can be completed.
