Latex is shaped like a balloon. The preparation of latex needs to be carried out in a vulcanization tank. The steam generator is connected with the vulcanization tank, and the natural latex is pressed into the vulcanization tank. After adding an appropriate amount of water and auxiliary material solution, turn on the steam generator, and the high-temperature steam will be heated along the pipeline. The water in the vulcanization tank reaches 80°C, and the latex is heated indirectly through the jacket of the vulcanization tank to fully mix it with water and auxiliary material solutions.

Latex configuration is a preparation for balloon production. The first step in balloon production is mold cleaning. The material of the balloon mold can be glass, aluminum, stainless steel, ceramics, plastic, etc.; mold washing is to soak the glass mold in hot water. The temperature of the water pool heated by the silicon steam generator is 80°C-100°C, which is convenient for cleaning and putting into production of glass molds.
After the mold is washed, apply calcium nitrate to the mold, which is the infiltration stage of latex. The dipping process of the balloon requires that the glue temperature in the dipping tank be kept at 30-35°C. A gas steam generator heats up the dipping tank rapidly and controls the temperature to allow the latex to adhere perfectly. on glass molds.
Then, remove the moisture from the surface of the balloon and remove it from the mold. This is where steam drying is required. The heat from the steam generator is even and controlled without being too dry. The high-temperature steam with suitable humidity can make the latex dry evenly and quickly. The pass rate of the balloon is over 99%.

The temperature can be raised rapidly according to the process requirements, and the temperature can be kept constant. High-temperature steam has a significant effect on improving the quality and production efficiency of balloons.
