5. Wet saturated steam
The state in which vapor and liquid coexist in stable equilibrium is called saturation. When saturated, the temperature of the liquid and the vapor are the same, this temperature is called the saturation temperature; saturated water is called saturated water. After the water reaches the saturation temperature, if it is heated evenly, the saturated water will gradually vaporize. Before the water is completely vaporized, the steam in which the water is in a saturated state is called wet saturated steam, commonly known as wet steam.
6. Dry saturated steam
Saturated steam is actually the critical point at which water changes from liquid to gaseous state. Due to the change of temperature or working pressure, a part of vapor state moisture in saturated steam turns into liquid, that is, when a part of water is carried in the steam, it is called "wet". Fully vaporized moisture is called "dry steam". The temperature of dry steam increases when heated.
7. Superheated steam
The liquid state in a saturated state is called a saturated liquid state, and its matching steam is saturated steam, but it is only wet saturated steam at the beginning, and it is dry saturated steam after the water in the saturated state is completely volatilized. The temperature does not increase during the whole process of steam from unsaturated fat to wet saturated state and then to dry saturated state (the temperature remains unchanged from wet saturated state to dry saturated state), and the temperature will increase after the dry saturated state is heated again. rises and turns into super warm steam.
