1. The water supply system is the throat of the automatic steam generator, which continuously supplies dry steam to the user. After the water source enters the water tank, turn on the power switch. Driven by the automatic control signal, the high temperature resistant solenoid valve opens, the water pump works, and water is injected into the furnace through the one-way valve. When the solenoid valve and check valve are blocked or damaged, when the water supply reaches a certain pressure, it will overflow back to the water tank through the overpressure valve to protect the water pump. When the tank is powered off or there is residual air in the pump tube, only air enters, not water. As long as the air is discharged quickly through the exhaust valve, when the water is sprayed out, the water pump can work normally after the exhaust valve is closed. The most important component of a water supply system is the pump. Most of them use high-pressure, high-flow multi-stage vortex pumps, and a few use diaphragm pumps or vane pumps.
2. The liquid level controller is the central nervous system of the generator automatic control system, which is divided into electronic type and mechanical type. The electronic liquid level controller controls the liquid level (that is, the difference between the water level and the water level) through three electrode probes with different liquid levels, thereby controlling the water supply of the water pump and the heating time of the electric heating furnace system. The working pressure is stable and the application range is wide. The mechanical liquid level controller adopts stainless steel floating ball type, which is suitable for generators with large furnace volume. The working pressure is unstable, but it is easy to disassemble, clean, maintain and repair.
3. The furnace body is generally made of boiler-specific seamless steel pipes, which are slender and vertical. Most of the electric heating tubes used in the electric heating system are composed of one or more stainless steel electric heating tubes, and the surface load is generally about 20 watts per square centimeter. Since the generator has high pressure and temperature during normal operation, the safety protection system can make its long-term operation safe, reliable and efficient. Generally, safety valves, check valves and exhaust valves made of high-strength copper alloy are used for three-level protection. Some products are also equipped with a water level glass tube protection device, which increases the user's sense of security.
