Compared with traditional boilers, steam generators have the following advantages:
1. The state stipulates that the boiler water capacity is less than 30L, which is a national inspection-free product. 3. Traditional boilers generate steam through water storage in the inner pot, which requires regular shutdown and descaling of inferior equipment;
4. In the case of small production demand, traditional boilers cannot realize on-demand steam supply, resulting in overcapacity and waste;
5. When the traditional boiler is cold started, the water in the inner pot needs to be preheated, which requires a certain heat transfer time. Among them, the traditional coal-fired boiler takes the longest time. Generally speaking, the more water stored, the longer the warm-up time.
6. Operating losses. Every time you remove scale from your boiler, you do damage to your equipment. The thermal efficiency will be reduced and the service life of the equipment will be reduced.
